I might humbly suggest, 'The Inner Path Of Leadership' (1996), author: Joseph Jaworski, a book that in its way, altered several perceptions in my life regarding leadership.
One observation to be made, is that the current dystopian dysfunction endemic in a majority of cynical society and its political and corporate elite expects and aniticpates a hubris laden, arrogance filled, corrupt, nepotistic leadership.
